Samsung Electronics has established a roadmap for its processes after 18nm process that reduces line width of DRAM by a unit of 1nm. Compared to how line width was greatly reduced by 5nm~10nm for 4nm processes and 2nm~3nm for 20nm processes, speed of refinement has been visibly slowed down. Zendrive’s 3-month analysis of 3M anonymous drivers, who made 570M trips and covered 5.6B miles found that drivers use their phones during 88 out of 100 trips.
