According to Gartner and Seeking Alpha, Applied Material owns the biggest share in semiconductor equipment market with 19.1% share in 2015. And Lam Research Corp. thanks to its etching machine and thin film deposition equipment market size, it has 14.3% share ranked at number 2.  ASML used to be number 2 and in 2015 it fell to number 3 with 14.1% market share.
